Field Service Specialist - South Italy

Currently, we're looking for a talented Field Service Specialist South Italy to join the great Supply Chain – Field Service Team, based in HAVI Dc Monterotondo – Rome (Hybrid).Your next Role:You will be the key point of reference for customers in the South Italy Area and will collect customer feedback and monitor the level of service to be shared internally. You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer satisfaction.Your primary accountabilities will be:Handle new store openings in collaboration with customer.Check the level of service.Analyze our main KPI.Take active part in the resolution of issues with customers.Be the liaison between customer needs and company departments.What you'll need:In order to be successful in this role you'll need:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering or economicsAt least two years of experience in a similar role or customer serviceA good knowledge of Power BI is a plus!Flexibility and availability to frequent business tripsA strong passion for sales and customer serviceExcellent communications skillsGreat time management of your own schedule and organizational skillWell-developed analytical skills and a problem-solving attitudeWe look forward to your application and to have you onboard as our next Field Service Specialist South Italy!HAVI Italia is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
