Title: Field Technical Engineer CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) – 1 year temporary contract in Italy focusing on Liguria. 1 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel. This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. This position's primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups, and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices. 2 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow-ups) Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers Support physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phase of clinical studies Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator, and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects Be proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers Promptly communicate feedback/info on supported implants/procedures Perform booth duty when required Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed 3. REPORTING Produce concise market and competitors report to Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and RSM Provide marketing with competitors devices information 4 EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent Languages: Good Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, Preferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support), Interpersonal skills, Teamwork, Initiative, Stress resistance, Good communication 5.
