What we are looking forFor our Milan office, we are currently looking for a talented Planning & Control Specialist.The Planning & Control function determines long and short-term financial goals, outlining the companys financial direction and expectations and predicting financial outcomes. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and growth opportunities.Main activities and responsibilities:The Planning & Control Specialist will support the Planning & ControlManager in the following activities: Month-end and year-end closing analysis Budgeting and forecasting Cost controlling Preparing reports and presentations Skills and Experiences: Graduate in Economics or related fields 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role (a previous experience in multinational companies, consulting and/or retail companies will be considered a plus) Tools: deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Other tools: Oracle Fusion, Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Oracle Workforce Planning, Smart View (a minimal technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be considered a plus) Strong numerical and analytical understanding and capabilities Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team Availability for career development abroad within the Group Fluent in English & in Italian
