Ensure implementation of these plans to drive the business results of GEA.Develop comprehensive plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to drive the division's go-to-market strategy and operational effectiveness.Lead strategic planning and implementation of sales and service strategies for the Farm Technologies division within the country.Based on market analysis, develop the country market and identify potential growth opportunities, both organic and inorganic.Ensure all GEA activities are in line with the compliance guidelines of GEA.Harmonize procedures and activities together with the management team and in conjunction with the relevant global functions.Maintain the Corporate and Company Culture within the Company to drive employee engagement, attraction and retention.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local laws.
