As the Finance Manager, you will have strategic responsibilitieswithin various aspects of financial management, ensuring accurate reporting,compliance, and optimization. Reporting to the factory CFO, below are your keyduties and responsibilities:1. Budget and Forecast Management:Prepare and update annual budgets and periodic forecasts, adhering to deadlines, monitor deviations from budget and previous forecasts, providing explanations in management reports.Anticipate future financial impacts and recommend corrective actions.Update forecasts for Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) lines.Perform detailed analysis and budget preparation for all P&L and BS items.2. Financial Reporting and Statutory Compliance:Ensureaccurate monthly financial results preparation and reporting.Complywith company instructions for accounting postings and monthly synthesis.Ensureaccurate statutory financial reporting based on accounting records and taxregulations and collaborate with external consultants and corporate groupaccounting for international standards.3.
