Responsibilities Finance & Administration Manager Turkey will mainly covers the following elements : Accountable for the IFRS compliance, local GAAP financials, local regulatory compliance and tax reporting to the legal entities ; Signs with the Country legal Representant, the legal entity statutory and tax financial statements ; Leads day-to-day reporting and control activities for the legal entities, and ensures alignment with Finance Operations - Reporting & control, Credit management ; Leads day-to-day reporting and control activities for the legal entities, and ensures alignment with Finance Operations - Reporting & control, Credit management, indirect tax and Continuous improvement ; Accountable for cash and currency risk exposure management (inc. hedging) and bank relationships. Contact point for central treasury team ; Consulted for local transfer pricing documentation ; Responsible for Business Plan preparation, Financial Planning and Analysis ( FP&A) ; Main contact point for legal entity for internal & external audits ; Accountable for local tax planning and risk analysis ; Additional responsibilities (e.g. company secretary, pension fund board member) depending on country specific requirements for a legal entity ; Accountable for finance related information to Board meetings and shareholder agreement ; Accountable for finance related communication to employees and unions ; Accountable for proper financing of entities in consultation with Yara Tax and Yara Finance ; Business partner for the supported business and Commercial Director in matters related to finance ; Participation on improvement activities e.g. standardization and harmonization of accounting practices ; Participates in development project ; Additional responsibilities (e.g. company secretary, pension fund board member) depending on country specific requirements for a legal entity ; Support on the personnel Payrol with the local agency ; Act as a business partner for any commercial decision within Turkey. Profile Possession of a Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent by experience ; Demonstrated at least 10 years of work experience within Finance, including minimum 5 years as Chief Accountant, Finance Manager or similar role ; Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication ; Proficient Excel skills ; Experience in SAP and HFM knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
