The opportunity: You will be part of the international Finance team, working closely with your international colleagues in the Netherlands, UK, Denmark, Germany & France, andreporting directly to the Regional Manager Finance based in Italy.
The role includes reporting, tax and internal control activities in a very dynamic, international and professional environment!
Key Responsibilities Process AP invoices and bank statements in Oracle - our automated ERP system.Participatein the monthly closingactivities and prepare Balance Sheet, P&L and sub-ledger reconciliations for your respective countries.Responsible for assigned annual account activities, including the support to the external auditors, resulting in the annual report document.Perform internal control activities and advise on opportunities for improvement.Responsible for the tax and other tax compliance activities in collaboration with our external consultants (i.e. VAT, Intrastat, CIT).Support the Sr. Financial Accountant in Budget and Forecast activities and ad hoc business analysis.Achievepersonal and team goals, formulated at the beginning of the fiscal year.We perfectly match if you: have +3 years of experience in an international accounting department.have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, but if you think that you have what it takes to get the job done, please don't hesitate to apply.have the ambition to work in an international accounting environment. enjoy being hands-on and improving processes.enjoy manipulating numbers and systems & work accurately.and you live within max 50kmof our office in Venice.have a good command of Italian and English.are proficient in MS Office.are used to work with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud would be a plus).are well organized, multitasker and a self-starter with a ''can do'' attitude.We offer you: An attractive Salary Package.An international, multicultural & healthy working environment.A real job opportunity where you have full ownership of your work.Flexibility.The invitation: Our culture is friendly and open.
