Job description As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing the financial performance of the scope you are assigned and ensure the financial sustainability of its business.This includes:Review and monitoring of the monthly P&L of the scopeProviding the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&LProvide financial analysis and forecastingAnalysing the profitability of individual business lines/projects and identifying actions to preserve/improve the business' marginsSupporting the determination of the variable remuneration of the managementSupporting the production of financial reports to be submitted to the Board of DirectorsOverseeing and monitor the structured projects provisionCash management and monitoring of the invoicing flowsInteracting and coordinating with the other finance teams: treasury, controlling, accounting, invoicing, etc. and staff departments: HR, Management and DirectorIdeal Profile:Completed a first successful experience in finance, looking for a challenging next step.You have a previous experience between 1-2 year in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis…)Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations creation abilities along with financial modeling experienceStrong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detailExcellent communication and inter-relationnal skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organizationAble to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluency in English is requiredMastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity."
