We foster an environment built on trust and transparency, where everyone's voice is heard.How youll live your ambition:From our offices in Genoa, as a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement and logistics strategy across global marketsimplementing your organizational and operational skills within the Procurement department.Demonstrate your passionChecking and Loading Requests. Ensure that all requests from assigned ships are checked and uploaded on the day of receipt in the CT Corporate system (Crunch Time).Issuing Orders. Issue the correct orders in line with the relevant schedule.Confirmation of Orders and Corrective Actions. Verify that all orders are confirmed on time and take appropriate corrective actions when they are not confirmed or are only partially confirmed, involving the Procurement Team, Logistics Department, Operations Department, and ships.Feedback and Updates to Ships. Provide timely feedback and updates to ships in relation to their requests.Constant Collaboration with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics Departments. Constantly collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics Departments to resolve procurement issues for assigned ships and area of responsibility.Supplier Contact. Contact relevant suppliers for orders and procurement activities.Get things rightChecking Price Differences. Checking price differences and making contact with the Administration to resolve issues found between the contract price and the supplier's price.Control of Quantity Differences in Orders. Check differences in orders and seek the best solution by involving the supplier. Make contact with Administration to resolve quantity issues found between shipload and supplier invoice.Pre/Post Load Discrepancies Management. Monitor pre/post cargo discrepancies and seek the best solution by involving the supplier and the ship. Make contact with the Procurement Office, Ship and Supplier to resolve issues reported by the ship.Follow-up Reports for Manual Order Analysis for Costa.What makes you uniquePrevious experience in supply chain management or related roles is preferred.Knowledge, including academic, of operational and administrative procedures related to procurement and logistics.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Management or a related field.Certifications or specific courses in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be considered a plus.Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with assigned ships, suppliers and internal departments.Problem Solving: Skill in solving procurement issues in a timely and efficient manner.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Collaboration: Ability to work in teams with internal departments and suppliers.Why CostaYour role is going to shape our Procurement & Supply Chain strategy.
