Team Leader - Hospitality Division presso Antal Italy For a 5*L Resort in Tuscany, member of Leading Hotels of the World, we are currently recruiting for aGENERAL MANAGERTHE COMPANY:The resort is part of a renowned Italian Hotel Group in the luxury hospitality and SPA destinations sector. The company is currently developing a project to expand its portfolio, with upcoming openings of new facilities.THE ROLE:The position will report to the Group Director of Operations of the entire chain, and wll be responsible for:Drive and support motivation within the on-property team (most of them have been working there for over 20 years).Drive incremental revenues across all departments with key focus in Spa & Thermal area as well as food and beverageDrive consistency and quality standards throughout the yearDeliver the annual budget through the agreed commercial strategiesAn entrepreneur yet an individual who will also work collaboratively with the wider leadership teamTHE PEOPLE:An exceptional leader with outstanding networking skills. A true host and gentleman. This skill is crucial since over 45% of guests are repeatersStrong experience in luxury hospitality and sense of touchA strong leader and hands-on operator with excellent people management skills, driving employee engagement and delivering the highest level of customer serviceStrong resort operational experienceStrong understanding of operational functions and ideally of commercial functionsStrong entrepreneurial and finance acumenExcellent organizational and planning skillsStrong experience within Italian marketHighly desirable skills and qualifications:?
