col-wideJob Description:Description du posteYour mission :The resource will support directly the local General Manager and will be involved in the following activies:- Collaborate with the supervisor on activities to coordinate and implement strategic action plans- Participate in program management activities, i.e., the process of managing programs based on business objectives and aimed at improving the organization's performance- As part of program management, organize and collect information from various departments and meetings and report this information, along with recommendations, to members of the executive team- Ensure the management and follow-up of local projects sponsored by the General Manager and manage communication regarding the progress of projects- Prepare PowerPoint presentations related to strategic topics for presentation to top management and staff, coordinating input from various departments- Support contact persons during internal or external meetings, such as preparing meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up of activities.Overall, the VIE will be exposed to a challenging and rapidly changing international environment, which requires strong analytical skills, relating to several key people within the organization and matching tight deadlines.
