Job Summary:The role is to support Italy business, being responsible for the legal reviews assigned to her/him, collaborating with the business/sales teams and internal corporate functions (other Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.). Reviews shall be done in Italian and English, in accordance with internal policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and reviewing NDAs, RFP's responses, Proposals, Arrangement Letters/Statement of Work, Change Orders, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, etc.Negotiating service agreements and other documents with external clients and subcontractors as needed.Represent company's interests and interface directly with client negotiating teams.Strategize with senior company executives prior to client negotiations.Structure client transactions to be most advantageous from a contracting and business perspective.Advise and consult senior company executives, from business or other corporate functions, based on accurate interpretation of contract documents and the elements of a business opportunity.Directly liaising with internal stakeholders on various legal and commercial issues.Maintain contract and subcontract compliance in line with company policies and procedures, ensure issues are resolved and/or escalated to line manager.Apply the internal GLN reporting process, including specific reporting required by supervisor.Training more junior team members and developing checklists and process documents for reviewing NDAs, RFP's, Proposals, Arrangement Letters/Statement of Work, etc.Actively participate to Accenture trainings and initiatives.Relationships:Reports to: Level 9 or aboveQuality Review: May do the peer or quality review of team members at Level 11 or below as needed.External Relationships: Accenture's Clients, Vendors and Law firmsQualifications:Education: Law degree (or equivalent) is required.Work Experience: Preferably 2-4 years of experience in Contracting work.Work Requirements: Travel may be requiredKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Knowledge of general corporate business practices, commercial contracting regulations, accounting and finance principles.Experience on working on deals mainly based on IT solutions and Consutling services is a plus; Ability to effectively communicate with executives at all levels of the organization.Strong time-management, prioritization, organizational and analytical skills.Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments.Ability to understand contracting principles, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.Language skills: fluent in Italian and English with strong oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementAll employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.
