Job Description In accordance with company policies and reporting directly to the CEO, the resource will have the following main responsibilities:
Participate in defining the medium and long-term Communication strategic plan in alignment with Marketing. Achieve shared targets with the management through personal contribution and team management. Supervise brand positioning globally, ensuring consistency and recognizability in target markets. Conceptualise and manage effective and innovative communication campaigns to promote products and brand image. Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, managing public relations activities and ensuring positive media coverage. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure an integrated and synergistic approach to communication and marketing activities. Constantly monitor market trends and consumer behaviours in the luxury jewellery sector, providing strategic insights to adapt communication activities. Allocate the allocated budget for global communication activities, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. Lead and motivate the team through coaching and training activities. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; Proven experience in the field of communication or marketing, preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector; Demonstrated leadership and authority skills, gained through managerial roles; Analytic and relational skills; Ability to operate in entrepreneurial contexts with a high level of autonomy; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders; Strong results orientation; Fluent English language skills required.
