Key Responsibilities and Activities: End-User Support and Training (SAP Finance): Provide first-level support for the SAP Finance module, addressing user queries and resolving incidents. Develop and deliver training focused on SAP Finance functionalities. Expertise in SAP Fiori (SAP Finance): Gain deep knowledge of SAP Fiori, focusing on its application in finance. Provide guidance and training on SAP Fiori features within the SAP Finance module. DevOps Collaboration: Actively work within a DevOps framework, collaborating closely with both development and operational teams to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and ensure seamless service delivery. Incident and Problem Management (SAP Finance): Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to SAP Finance. Collaborate with IT and finance teams for effective resolution. Feature Deployment and Enhancement (SAP Finance): Participate in the rollout and testing of new features and enhancements, with a focus on SAP Fiori within SAP Finance. Technical Upskilling (SAP Finance & Fiori): Continuously learn and develop skills in SAP Finance and Fiori, participating in training and certification programs. Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent understanding of the SAP FICO module. Required Skills & Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented DevOps environment. Proactive learning attitude towards new technologies, especially in SAP Finance and Fiori.
