Aligned to this goal, we offer a hybryd working policy, allowing employees to work9 days/month remotely.The candidate will drive the global logistic set up, as part of the Global Supply Chain organization, directly reporting to the global supply chain director. This will include designing and transforming both transport and warehousing, at global and in country level, and will be in charge of managing the global providers. The candidate will also be in charge of creating a consistent and sustainable logistic organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and execute core processes on Logistics and Warehouse Management, including in country and cross country deliveries, across all regionsRe-design the logistics and distribution network including the warehouse strategyCreate the logistic digitalization roadmap, identify key logistic system requirements and ensure adoption in the global templateCreate real time transparency to logistic flows to all stakeholders, including store managers and customer serviceSelect and manage the key logistic providers globally coordinating and aligning the in country teamsDefine the proper logistic organization set up in line with the supply chain transformation roadmap, also recommending in house vs. outsourced modelsSet up a continuous improvement approach to logistic operations globally; be responsible for business continuity, including creation of mitigation plansProvide guidelines for in store logistic operations, identifying the right balance with warehouse activities and simplification needsDesign and implement sustainability initiatives and lead the way on driving best in class sustainable operationsMeasure and steer SLAs with manufacturers and logistic providers What you'll needBachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering8+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operationsFirm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principlesStrong team playerAbility to manage, coach, and provide training for direct and indirect reportsExceptional organizational and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of logistics and inventory softwarePer questa posizione si considerano candidati iscritti negli elenchi del Collocamento Obbligatorio ai sensi della Legge 68/99.
