Your new role We are looking for a Global Product Manager to lead the launch of a novel and innovative hyperlipidemia treatment. He/She will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and dedicated team of professionals and will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients by bringing innovative new treatments to marketThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing product development, and driving commercial success. He/She will report to the Marketing Lead and work in a cross functional team. He/she will develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the hyperlipidemia treatment launch, including target market analysis, market positioning, and sales forecasting.The collaboration will be across multiple functions, including, Market Access, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure timely and accurate completion of campaigns will be mandatory. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative digital and omnichannel marketing communications to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for the hyperlipidemia treatment. He/she will proactively collaborate with Regional/Affiliates Marketing teams to ensure global alignment and develop regionally relevant robust marketing and promotional programs. It will be fundamental to analyze market data and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies, as well as monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.He/she will collaborate with external partners, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders, to enhance product visibility and uptake. Preferred requirements Scientific degree (e.g. Pharmacy, CTF and Biology). MBA as "nice to have". 5-10 years of relevant pharmaceutical multinational experience.Experience in managing hyperlipidemia brand or cardio-metabolic products.
