Job DescriptionRole Purpose: Oversee global management of FSSC/ISO22000 product, ensuring standard integrity and smooth operations from proposal to delivery. Align product delivery with external KPIs and internal standards, implementing measures for professional service.Main Responsibilities:Ensure global product delivery meets external KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.Act as key liaison with standard owner, representing the company at key meetings.Manage global accreditations, lead annual audits, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.Oversee technical review, certification decisions, and PWS approvals. Facilitate training for network consistency.Manage auditor approval process, ensuring criteria adherence and skill maintenance. Advise on additional training.Maintain system for auditor calibration, conducting witness audits as needed.Maintain professional, clear, and timely dialogue with the network.
