The initial focus is on leaseexpenses with the potential to expand the responsibilities to theend-to-end asset lifecycle. She/he will have the responsibility andaccountability to design, manage and execute the global program deliveringsubstantial financial and operational impact across the Amplifonorganization.The role reports to the Global Indirect Procurement Directorand covers approximately €150m of lease expenses in 27 countries. Keyresponsibilities: Strategic Level: Ensures the design, launchand execution in a timely and effective manner of the global program inalignment, while supporting local business priorities and objectives, tothe overarching Global Procurement strategy. The Global Program Manager isthe trusted, empowered and recognized SME for the Program at Global,Regional and Local levels.Project Level: supports localcross-functional teams in the program execution at local level,communicates to countries, region and corporate stakeholders (includingC-Level) about project updates, roadblocks, resolutions and results.Coordinates various parallel streams and builds a strategic cockpit tosecure a solid governance and a tight control of the program,quantitatively and qualitatively. Education & QualificationBachelors' degree preferably in Business Management, financial,commercial, economical, or technical discipline.5+ years of managerial experience in Real Estate services or in Globalprogram management in international, fragmented and decentralized (retail)organizationsConnect, mobilize, build trust and influence the business at everyorganizational level, from operations to functional heads/C-LevelBuilds the right Real Estate internal network to drive categoryawareness and knowledge at local and Global level while executing theglobal programManage key strategic relations, including various global suppliers withmultibillion revenues and global business footprints.
