Global Quality Corporate Assistant

Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Global Quality Corporate Assistant.Your role will be focused on performing audits on behalf of the different affiliates of the Group, with the aim of maintaining the qualification status of main suppliers.Main Activities:-Planning audit schedules for both EU and overseas locations;-Executing audits according to predefined schedules and regulatory requirements;-Distributing audit reports to relevant stakeholders;-Archiving audit documentation for future reference and compliance purposes;-Developing and updating audit procedures in accordance with regulatory standards (GxP/ISO);-Conducting training sessions to ensure understanding and adherence to audit procedures among internal and external stakeholders;-Ensuring consistent implementation of audit protocols across all affiliates and suppliers;-Presenting periodic reports on audit findings and trends to Top Management for review and decision-making.Requirements:-Master's degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology;-Previous proven experience in quality assurance departments in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry;-Excellent knowledge of GxP and ISO 9001 regulatory requirements;-High fluency in English (C1/C2);-Availability to travel overseas, and during the weekends.The person we are looking for also has the following personal characteristics: versatility, reliability, excellent problem-solving skills.Type of contract: fixed-term, extendable.
