This is a strategic position accountable for driving market share and profitable revenue growth. As our Global Key Account Director you will be Customer facing and responsible for winning business, leading business development planning and processes and developing long-term market vision for the product line.As the Global Segment Account Director you will also be responsible for:Representing multiple business groups (cross product/business/P&L) to a named major client regionally and globallyHandling complex products and systems requiring specific technical knowledge and understanding of the environment where the products or systems will be usedUnderstanding products and systems which are bespoke and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditionsManaging complex long-term sales processes that interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders and departmentsDelivering contracts involving pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance.Handling complex and large volume sales, markets and recognising opportunities for growthFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have considerable experience in Global and Key Accounts both in time served and demonstrable successShow technical knowledge of Subsea and Pressure Containing Production SystemsBe an experienced relationship builder with Global Operators such as ENIHave good oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and expedite progressHave excellent ability to analyse and resolve problems in an agile environmentAbility to document, plan, market and execute projects and programsReside in Milan or be prepared to relocate to Milan entirelyBe fluent in the Italian LanguageBe flexible to travel frequentlyWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
