We are looking for a professional with 2/3 years experience in Planning environment to support the Global Supply and Demand process for the Menarini Group. This position will primarily engage with Supply Chain peers within the plants and Demand Planners. Success in this position requires proven business results orientation, cross-group collaboration approach and data analytical skills ability to manage different situations.MAIN ACTIVITIES:SUPPLY PLANNING CYCLE? Support the monthly Supply Review Meetings process in order to find and analyze if feasible and satisfactory 12 months Master plan are elaborated? Support Capacity Planning cycles for all the sites of the Menarini Group? Support and ensure the feasibility of the Master Plans of each site interacting regularly with sites' Supply Chain peers.ROUGH CUT CAPACITY PLANNING CYCLE? Challenges capacity scenarios if needed, asking capacity scenarios in handling bottle necks and prompt amendments creation? Support analysis the propagation of the Master Plans in the network based on the latest demand signal to cover what needs to be produced or purchased as a finished product up to a 24-month time horizon? Identify any potential bottlenecks or risks to supply and to support in summarizing appropriate proposals to mitigate and to ensure that the plants or 3rd parties can meet the future demand.CUSTOMER SERVICE and LEVEL of SERVICE PROCESS SUPPORT? Ensure that Customer Service corporate procedures are in place and properly adopted by the sites? Review and challenge delivery plans, back order reports, including early warning signs, to prioritize and expedite manufacturing orders to prevent or clear back orders? Track the execution of the supply plan with production scheduling ensuring that the plan is fully operationalized and tracked? Support communication and confirmation back from supply planning to the demand plan in confirming capability to meet the requirements via frequent contact with S&OP peersPROCESS MANAGEMENT AND KPI PROCESS SUPPORT? Monitor the Service Level of the sites using a set of KPIs? Support root causing performance issues and acting on own capability to mitigate and correct? Ensure that the Supply Planning system master-data are maintained to enable all the activities of Global supply planning? Address short-term inventory issues in addition to longer-term supply- demand imbalances, as part of the monthly S&OP process.PRODUCTION BUDGET PROCESS? Ensure that the Volumes for Budget Manufacturing are available in all the sites of then Network (CMOs included)? Regularly review the consistency of Master plans against the Budget Volumes ensuring that best data quality and data consistency? Support the Manufacturing senior management in the most efficient Products' allocation and provide valuable information to support the investment strategy? Able to work as part of cross functional teams and add expertise in creating the optimal solutionsEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:? Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience preferred? Proficient in MS Office, strong Excel skills? APICS CPIM or other planning related certification preferredEXPERIENCE:? 2/3 years of experience in manufacturing schedule planning, with some experience in utilizing MRP and ERP systems, SAP, AS400.SOFT SKILLS:? Passion energy and proactivity? Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.? Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.? Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.?
