Work closely with Affiliates to identify potential training gaps, problem-solve & support with appropriate training interventions accordingly.Micro-learning – continuous on-the-job learning to enhance functional, clinical & scientific expertise using digital application (e.g. Qstream) supporting current brand strategy & positioningLeading the execution of knowledge and soft skills development programme from organisational and live perspectives :Establish and leverage relationships with Affiliates assessing and supporting their training gaps/needs and assist with implemention of local training initiatives during cycle meetings; generating accountability and impact on effective customer engagement.
