About the Role :The primary objective of this internship is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for the development, implementation, and definition of maintenance plans and structures through the SAP Plant Maintenance application. The internship will take place at the significant paper production site in Collodi. What You Will Do:Acquire foundational knowledge of the basic functioning of the SAP Plant Maintenance moduleUnderstand the preliminary phases for defining the structure of equipment in alignment with the Plant Maintenance TPM pillar (Ranking, Structural Elements, etc.)Implement the structure in accordance with the defined ranking and maintenance typeConduct a detailed analysis of tasks and maintenance plans, benchmarking against company standardsImplement tasks, maintenance plans, and frequencies in the SAP applicationDevelop tutorials for the training of technical personnel in SAP usageCollaborate with "expert" team members for understanding both the existing structure and maintenance plansAnalyze maintenance tasks and implement them on specific SAP transitionsWho You Are:Recent graduate or current student in engineering or economics with a strong educational backgroundProficiency in both Italian and English languagesAbility to understand of Production Line Operations: Gain insight into the fundamental principles of production line operations within the paper production environmentAbility to acquire comprehensive knowledge of Preventive, Scheduled, Corrective, and ON Condition maintenance systemsAbility to implement best maintenance practices within the SAP Plant Maintenance system to optimize operational efficiencyAbility to develop effective teamwork and problem-solving skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Maintenance Team and Organizational Improvement ManagementLocation:The workplace is in Collodi (PT).
