ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:As Graduate Technical Delivery Consultant, you will be a member in the delivery of SITA's Airport Management Systems to our clients. The Delivery team is built by Subject Matter expert on Airport Operations with a deep knowledge of processes/procedures around Aviation. Using your mindset and skills we will start together a great journey within the Air Transport Industry, with the target to growth your expertise and knowledge of Airport Operations as well as being a Subject Matter Expert on SITA Systems.WHAT YOU WILL DO: Receive support and training to start learning what Airport Operations are and how SITA is supporting the aviation industryBe part of a sub-team to contribute actively in a specific project to enable SITA Airport Operations portfolioWork with customers to better understand their business models and develop sound technical solutions to meet the customer's requirementsProvide customers with comprehensive, up-to-date information on SITA products, product enhancements and new solutions, through customer meetings and workshops.Work on the configuration and setup of the SITA SystemsWork with clients and 3rd party vendors to integrate SITA Systems in the local environmentConduct User Acceptance Tests Qualifications EXPERIENCE: Diploma, Certificate or bachelors degree in Aviation / Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering.Passionate in Information Technology, Database, Digitization and Digital Transformation.Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.COMPETENCIES:Knowledge of Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)Inquisitive nature.Team player with focus on team success and personal development.Database, MS SQL is a plus.Development capability is a plus.Data exchange and integration (message queues, web services etc.) is a plus.NICE-TO-HAVE:Awareness and passion of Aviation industry is an added advantage.WHAT WE OFFER: SITAs workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
