Group Demand Planner

Main accountabilities:Support and contribute to the execution of the S& OP Planning Process by leading the Forecast and Inventory management Process at corporate level. Contribute and participate to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) executive meeting, presenting forecasting and inventory data concisely to decision makers, including senior leaders. The resource will manage continuous improvement activities by leading ad hoc projects.Group Demand Planning accountabilities:Drive the entire Demand Planning Process with support of the Local demand Planner.Maintain a constant relationship with the key stakeholders to understand the demand-forecasting drivers and variance between existing forecast, plans and actual.Review historical sales trends, prepare forecast data and generate the rolling 21 months statistical forecastTake initiative to adjust plans accordingly with related stakeholders when deviation is observed.Manage phase-in and phase-out plans on forecast and cannibalization on existing productsContribute in the financial budget process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
