The Group's central Finance & Controlling department is responsible for the Group's accounting, invoicing and payments as well as monthly and annual financial statements.Become part of the Finance department and support the team remotely fromyour location in Italy .Are an important part of an exciting and versatile teamLead the administrative support for up to three hotels in the group with a focus on Italy and be the contact person for the respective hotel managersManage coordination with our external service providers (e.G. accounting, tax IT system providers)Are responsible for accounting tasks (preparatory including all cash registers and other information systems and follow-up including supporting account reconciliations)Manage accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable) and payments for your unitsProvide significant support with planning tasks (budget and forecast), including liquidityPrepare the reporting in your area of responsibility for management and our investorsProvide significant support in the further development of commercial structures, processes and systems in ItalyWe've been waiting for you, since you have/are:Successfully completed hotel-specific training and/or have a degree in the commercial sectorSeveral years of professional experience in the hotel industry and in the field of finance / controlling / accounting, ideally also in ItalySound knowledge of internal accounting as well as good knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, controlling and inventory managementEntrepreneurial thinking and behavior as well as a very strong analytical, commercial and quantitative understanding among your strengthsWork conscientiously, independently and with the right level of detail orientationA high level of loyalty and confidentialityGood knowledge of accounting systems and very good Excel skills and are comfortable working digitallyFluent in German or English and ideally have knowledge of the Italian languageWhat's in for you?
