Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesThe Group Tax Compliance Senior Specialist will be part of the EMEA Tax Team and will work closely with the EMEA Legal Entities teams on Tax related matters consisting of but not limited to:Ongoing tax compliance fulfillments for the Italian legal entities (e.g. preparation of the direct tax computation and direct/indirect tax returns, support the other department on tax matters, ecc.);Coordination of direct tax calculation process for the EMEA legal entities; Management of indirect tax compliance for the European legal entities (e.g. VAT fulfillments, Intrastat…); Analysis/management of the cross-border tax aspects involving the EMEA legal entities (e.g. withholding tax payments in case of cross border transactions);Research and study of the main news on the tax regulations involving/impacting on the EMEA Legal Entities; Management of the day-by-day relationship with the internal and external stake holders (external providers/consultants).Key RelationshipsInternal:GroupTax team, Finance departments of the EMEA legal entities External: Tax advisor, External ProvidersEducation / Professional QualificationsBusiness Administration/Law degree with focus in Tax LawMaster in Tax Law is a plus4 to 7 years tax experience in corporation or legal/tax consulting firm serving multinational companiesAbility to use professional data-base (Fisconline, Ipsoa, Eutekne, IBFD) Fluent in EnglishMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency (with specific focus on Excel)Ability to use SAP is a plusRequired Skills Result oriented, respecting deadlinesPragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage possible overload and urgenciesGreat work ethic and integrityOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
