Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesThe Group Tax Compliance Senior Specialist will be part of the EMEA Tax Team and will work closely with the EMEA Legal Entities teams on Tax related matters consisting of but not limited to: Coordination of direct tax calculation process for the EMEA legal entities; Management of indirect tax compliance for the European legal entities VAT fulfillments, Intrastat…); Analysis/management of the cross-border tax aspects involving the EMEA legal entities withholding tax payments in case of cross border transactions); Research and study of the main news on the tax regulations involving/impacting on the EMEA Legal Entities; Management of the day-by-day relationship with the internal and external stake holders (external providers/consultants).
