The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development, user acquisition, user retention, and monetization. As the Growth Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities, develop growth strategies, and implement initiatives to increase product adoption and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Analyse user data and identify growth opportunities for the product portfolio Manage A/B testing and experiments to optimize user engagement and conversion rates Develop and test product growth strategies (including pricing, advertising, and product launches) to help our products and brands flourish to their full, market-leading potential Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization Work with the design and development teams to identify and prioritize product features that will drive growth Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and optimize them for maximum impact Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention Monitor industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our growth strategies Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviors What we need We're looking to attract talented professionals who share our passion for Satispay's opportunity, the belief that people's experience builds healthy enduring companies and positively impacts people's lives. You have: 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in the last 2 years Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions Experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies Experience in A/B testing and experimentation Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization You are: Highly organized and able to work both in a team and independently An excellent communicator and relationship builder A very quick learner and adapts fast Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box' Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about your work Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
