Supports our core activity and ensures the smooth running of facilities. Includes all facilities management activities such as reception, buildings maintenance, energy saving, fleet management.Job Description Key Accountabilities Data entry in a specific ERP tool (SAP)Managing orders in opex and capexVerify costs to monitor the expenses budget assignedManage external suppliers' contracts / ordersCooperate with other internal department (e.g. Account Payable dept.)Support the team in administrative tasksProvide support in creating presentations as neededKey Requirements High school diploma / Degree in Economics, Accounting or Business AdministrationPreferential previous experience in the role and in similar contextsExperienced in ERP toolsKnowledge in spoken and written EnglishProficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)Good team playerStrong attention to details & analytical abilityJob Type
