Job Description Where and when could you start the internship with us? Starting on May 2nd, 2024 , we will offer an internship opportunity in the EMEA Human Resources team in Milan.
Key Accountabilities Support HR team in managing the processes related to EMEA corporate population, with strong focus on Reward. Support Reward team in monitoring incentives for retail population, learning the internal tool (Xactly and WorkDay), understanding the schemes, assisting Hubs colleagues in manual adjustment to perform correct payments. Contribute to Reward processes during the year – salary review, bonus payment, market benchmarking. Support in recruiting activities throughout internal tools (WorkDay, LinkedIn) – in particular, help in identifying the correct job description, managing the job posting, working directly on pre-screening activities and supporting during interviews. Learn the organization and be directly involved in maintaining updated organizational charts in PowerPoint and WorkDay. Support in all administrative tasks related to new hire, change of roles or other actions related to employees' lifecycle. Prepare the induction meeting, following internal guidelines and supporting in presentation. Develop analytical skills HR related – support in monitoring specific KPIs and identify useful numbers to measure HR performance in order to help team to make proper improvements. Key Requirements Studies in Economics/Business Management/Engineering; Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Passionate towards HR topics, keen to learn and proactive approach Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude; Fluent in English; Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; Previous experience in structured realities is a plus.
