The HO AIT is responsible of the overall planning, co-ordination and control aspects, including associated EACs of all AIT activities in Operations, in order to support achieving the goals and objectives of the Company. It is also responsible of Skill matrix, gap analysis and identification of the engineers/operators Training Plan versus Programs needs including the forecast. The HO AIT will contribute and ensure the implementation of the Operations strategy within the AIT area including the dimensioning of resources and CAPEX investments needs identification.Main activitiesProvides day-to-day operational leadership and support to the teams to achieve the short term and long term missions while keeping the core values of Airbus to the highest level of personal and professional integritySupervises, directs and manages all day to day AIT operations, including the associated internal administration of the AIT staff (trips management, break time, etc.)Develop, implements and manages operational policies and procedures together with the HO Industrial Operations to guarantee OTOQOC deliveriesSupervises AIT global schedules and contribute and support project managers and schedulers to resources allocation and progress monitoring. Active collaboration with HO PPC area to ensure Programs milestones, and efficient execution of AIT activitiesSupport to business growth and proposals. Active contribution to Sales team providing AIT inputs in the Proposals and Bidding phases.For all AIT activities, supervision and evaluation of costs, including external costs, managed by the AIT area, Report to the Ho Industrial Operations in the make or buy process analysis for the AIT activities in case of criticalitiesSupport to Plant management and Plant R&O analysis. Active contribution of Risk Management by developing mitigation strategies, and corrective measures to ensure Company successGuarantee the implementation of the resources allocation and/or shift-plan for the nominal and critical activities.Identification of Investment needs and/or new capabilities to be acquire in order to fulfil the Company and Operations strategy plansGuarantee the application of quality rules in all AIT activities. Implement corrective actions if necessaryResponsible of Skill and Competence matrix, gap analysis and identification of the associated Training Plans.
