Head of Industrial Relations ( 240040K )HEAD OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS DHL Express Italy, a world leader in express transportation and logistics services, belonging to the DHL Group, for the third consecutive year awarded No. 1 Great Place to Work in Europe, is looking for a resource to join the Human Resources Department as Head of Industrial Relations .MAIN ACTIVITIES Participate actively and independently in discussions at the local and national level with trade unions on labor, contractual or organizational issues.Manage the application of disciplinary procedures and represent the company in and out of court in labor disputesParticipate in the resolution of labor law issuesManage the investigation of labor litigationDefine and manage the application of industrial relations policies according to the company's organizational and strategic needsManage relations with labor organizations and ensure the renewal of corporate supplementary contractsVerify compliance with jurisprudential regulations regarding the various aspects of subordinate and para-subordinate labor relationsCollaborate with external providers to resolve any issues related to labor relations and industrial relations (labor consultants, law firms, etc.)People Management:Manage and coordinate activities, setting priorities for action, defining the manner and timing of work plans, and ensuring their constant monitoringMotivates and promotes the professional growth, development and motivation of team members through coaching and feedbackPromotes a team cultureStimulates and promotes collaboration with other internal stakeholders.Ensures appropriate talent selection, organization and leadershipREQUIREMENTS Academic background with a legal focusPrior experience of at least 10 years in Industrial Relations, preferably in the logistics-transportation or airport sectorSolid experience in autonomous management of union tablesSolid experience in managing resourcesWillingness to travel regionally and nationally (at least 25% of the time), self-drivenGood knowledge of office packageGood knowledge of written and spoken English (intermediate)Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsAnalytical mindset and numerical skillsAutonomy, flexibilityConfidentiality and discretionNEXT STEPS Apply now, upload your CV online and complete the profile and pre-screening questions.If your CV is selected you will receive an invitation to conduct a video interview.
