Head Of It Operations Control

For a leading company I'm looking for a Head of IT Operations Control. The Head of IT Operations Control, who will join the IT Team at the Company's Headquarter, reporting to IT Operations Director. As Head of Operations Control, the profile will manage the team and the suppliers responsible to oversee and improve the IT Operations internal Processes in order to stabilize, secure and optimize performance of Applications and Infrastructures systems, avoiding business disruption shore and ships side. Key activities are: Infrastructures and Applications OperationsPerformance and Capacity managementSecurity and Compliance OperationsEfficiencyContinuous ImprovementAlignment with Business ObjectivesBudgetingRequirements: 5+ years of experience as IT Service Manager in large companies and multinational context.A degree in Computer Engineering or scientific disciplines, or comparable experienceStrong Communication skill focused on promoting openness and transparency.Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement and performance bottlenecks.Proven management experience of complex IT systems (Infrastructures, Networks, Databases, Applications in cloud and on premise) while respecting constraints.Familiarity with key service management technology solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) as well as ITIL processes (e.g., incident, problem, change management) and monitoring toolsAbility to work with inter-functional stakeholders and focus customer's perspective.Excellent knowledge of written and oral English, second language is to be considered as a plus.Passion for technology and deep interest in being constantly up-to-date on new solutions;Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best, coaching, mentoring and motivating teams.Focused on learning and research, welcoming feedback and others' ideas.Open to diversity and cultural differencesStrongly committed to enhance sustainability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
