Join Electrolux Professional Group - asHEAD OF PAYROLL ITALY ABOUT THE JOB You will work within the HR team, supervising the payroll team, and will be based in Pordenone, Italy. ABOUT YOUR TASKS Managing a team performing end-to-end payroll processingReview and handle all the various aspects of the payroll management system, including salary calculations, tax deductions, benefits administration and statutory compliance.Oversee and direct payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws, tax obligations and Company policiesEnsure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits and deductionsAdministrative management of new employees and trainees, by giving the onboarding process a solid structureManagement of contracts, recruitment and termination, management of local procedures (. CIG);Strong Focus on digitalization and continuous improvement;Provide advice and education to employees in relation to pay slip, local procedures and new policies etcSupport and develop projects in the area of personnel administration.Managing the various periodic HR deadlinesProviding counseling and support for disciplinary and labor cost mattersMaintaining and updating employee documentation, including contracts, internal policies, and company recordsCommunications to the relevant bodies (INPS, INAIL, Dir Prov.
