Job Description: A health plan is looking for a Healthcare Economics Specialist to develop financial reporting andanalytics to measure return on investmentand support cross-functional initiatives as they pertain to networking andcontracting. In addition, this professional will act as the liaison between the finance and information technology teamsto maximize the effectiveness of data sources and qualitylead development, as well as producecost, revenueand utilization reporting. The specialist will create financial and predictive models to evaluate the feasibility and key success drivers for new contracts, renegotiations, and scoping network opportunities and initiatives. This opportunity is anticipated to be 6+ months in duration and is work-from-home.
