This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to the smooth day to day operation.About the HGV Technician Role:* Monday- Friday* Salary £38,500-£40K plus bonus scheme after 3 months of £800 to £1100 per month* Permanent role* Swindon basedDuties & Responsibilities for the HGV Technician Role:* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGV vehicles* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues* Conduct inspections and identify any potential problems or safety concerns* Use power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks* Follow safety protocols and ensure work area is clean and organized* Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed* Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairsExperience & Skills required for the HGV Technician Role:* Previous experience working as a HGV Technician* Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems* Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals* Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks* Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customersIf you are a dedicated professional with the skills and experience required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
