High Jewellery Senior Coordinator

High Jewellery Senior Coordinator - 1 year contract  Reporting to the High Jewelry Manager, the Cartier High Jewellery Senior Coordinator is responsible for the sales analysis and forecasts, the market and competition monitoring, the organization of the sales submission and private viewings.
In direct contact with the International team and with the South East European boutiques, he/she is in charge of the coordination of the high-end stocks in the retail network in order to optimize the allocations and develop the sales.
She/he supports the High Jewelry Manager in the "Action Plan" preparation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monthly sales analysis and forecasts: in close contact with the Cartier International HJ teams and the Boutique team, she/he monitors the sales and provides constant feedback Coordinates the HJ stocks allocations, the stock rotation in boutiques in the base of the performance analysis; follows-up on the assortments of the high-end boutiques network according to central guidelines. Creates tools and provides technical information and storytelling to support HJ sales Monitors market, jewelry auctions and competitors trends; studies & identifies market opportunities Coordinates Special Orders in collaboration with the International Team: Supports the HJ events facilitating the definition of Clients wish-lists and products availability Creates the Product news to support the launches and the events Supports the High Jewelry manager in the Strategic Plan preparation #J-18808-Ljbffr
