Responsibilities
• Schedule maintenance and repairs• Negotiate contracts with vendors• Inspect properties to ensure good working order• Resolve emergency maintenance issues• Maintain records of income, expenses, leases, etc.• Keep financial records and create monthly reports• Manage relationships with maintenance suppliers• Ensure all equipment in houses is working perfectly• Share important information with colleagues• Manage telephone and email correspondence with House Owners
Requirements
• At least 5 years previous experience in Real Estate & Rental management• At least 3 years of team management experience• Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level)• Proficient in IT software and tools• Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills• Confident with accounting and admin• Problem-solving and analytical thinking• Team player with a pro-active approach
