Responsibilitiespayroll and attendance administration;back office for the training activities;Administer HR policies;Assist in all HR process;Assist in preparing employment contracts;Act as a back-up for the HR Manager;Provide assistance on HR Projects;Manage the general service activities such as buying stationery and office products, canteen, etc. QualificationsHigh school diploma or university degree with business focus (preferably political science, law or business administration)Previous experience in the role of at least 6 monthA high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency – ability to meet deadlines – be stress resistant;Strong interpersonal skills – strong communicator and good listener.#LI-AF3
