Job DescriptionFor the Central Team ofGenerali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), we are looking for anHR Business Partnerto join ourHuman Resources & Organizationteam.You will join a fast-paced dynamic HR team with responsibilities for delivering a high level of customer service to all employees and key stakeholders while supporting a variety of human resources initiatives.Main responsabilitiesProvide strategic HR guidance and support to GC&C Central Team, building strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs.Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate offer.Manage the on boarding of new colleagues within GC&C Central Team.Liaise with HR Administration team to grant that all the administrative tasks are well communicated and managed.Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices in compliance with governmental laws and corporate policies, liaising with the relevant stakeholders across the organization (e.G. Industrial relations, HR Administration, Compliance, etc...)Support the annual Performance Management, Salary review and calibration processes, working closely with the colleague in charge of Reward, Performance, WFP & Labor Cost.Support Talent Management initiatives and take part to the Talent Management review process, engaging with the relevant Generali Group CoEs.Assess HR processes and identify and implement changes to ensure continuous improvement.Proactively and continuously improve employee experience journey.RequirementsBachelor/Master degree degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role.Must be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level), additional languages are an advantage (French, Spanish)Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirementsAbility to communicate and influence across all levelsProblem-solving attitude and attention to detailsExcellent relationship management skillsFocus on results and deliveryAbility to build relationships at central team and country levelActive listening, empathy and people caringCompany ProfileGeneraliis a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.
