KEY Responsibilities / Output: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees;Ensure onboarding of new employees;Maintaining personnel records and documents and updating internal databases.Having care of cases of litigations, exit incentive activities; Implement the people-related development plans, working back to back with line managers to monitor and grow employees' engagement,Develop a good knowledge of individuals strengths/development areas versus business/role requirements;Support the line managers in making and executing quality and timely people-related decisions in the areas of talent acquisition and mobility, performance management, talent management, rewards, learning and development;Manage capacity ramp-up / down plans until completion;Support Talent Acquisition for recruitment related to own perimeter of competenceThe role is part of the HR Business Partner team and concerns Italian perimeter in two national sites. It is required to act in alignment with business priorities and Country guidelines as well as in a transversal way within HR Country Department.
In order to deliver the output, the selected candidate will be responsible for
personnel administration which includes:
Preparation of HR documents in coordination with Payroll Supplier;Maintain physical and digital personnel records and database;Ensuring Internal HR communication related to own business perimeter;First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues (presence, absence, travels, laws, procedures, shifts, smart working, etc).Manage procedures in case of resignation of employees.Compensation and Benefits: ensuring that the compensation and benefits services are provided in accordance with the rules and policy in place and the allocated budget;Learning and Culture: implementing the year-on-year development plan in close association with line managers and Learning and Culture team;Metrics and Reporting: ensuring that HR Information Systems provide the required data to support the effective planning and management of HR activities.Talent Management: following succession planning, management of talent review and performance management processes, promote and support internal mobility process; People Cost and Headcount Management: defining together Line Managers people headcount and maximizing always efficacy and efficiency of the human resources contribution to the business;Recruitment: activate, in line with headcount needs, recruitment actions in order to take on board new employees respecting time, quality and KPI;Organization: analyze and review Organization structures in line with the Department Business needs and Company overall Organization standards Skills & Experience: Master degree level or equivalentSolid generalist HR support and admin - minimum 5 years' experience in complex and international contestKnowledge of Italian Labor LawFamiliar with HR Information Systems and Office packageGood communication skillsVerbal and written fluency in English and Italian.
