Your tasksYou will support personnel management and administration activities and ensure all employee information in the HR systems is accurate and up-to-date;You will handle paperwork (both in digital & hard copy) and gather all necessary documents to support the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, exits) in support of the HR team;You will provide support to day-to-day recruiting activities, in particular in the job description definition, job posting, cv screening phase and interview scheduling, as well as maintain relations with Universities and/or training institutions for recruitment of young talents and internship activation procedure;You will plan and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments, to assure a smooth transition to the organization and deliver an exceptional first-day experience;You will support the management of training courses, mandatory trainings for the manufacturing plant, funded trainings and related operational activities (records, data analysis, collection of documents,…).RequirementsMaster's degree in Economics/Law/Human Resources Management.
