Within the Human Resources department, you will join the Learning and Development team, supporting the team's initiatives and actively participating in innovation activities related to the service.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with L&D Specialists and the Head of Department to design, organize, and deliver training programs.Contribute to the development of effective training content in coordination with team members.Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops.Manage Sella's Training Platform, ensuring seamless functionality and updating training materials.Work closely with external training vendors to coordinate schedules and logistics, and provide feedback on vendor performance.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal training initiatives, gathering participant feedback for program enhancement.Provide on-site support during training events, assisting in pre-event preparations and post-event evaluations.Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and informative training materials consistent with People Experience & Growth's goals and objectives.Generate periodic reports on training metrics and key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Requirements: Currently pursuing or already graduated in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Familiarity with learning management systems is preferred.Proficiency in English.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Proactive individual who takes initiative to achieve team goals.Positive and collaborative team player who seeks assistance when needed.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to contribute ideas and opinions.Location: Milan, with requirement to travel to other company's offices
