HR Specialist with English We are presently creating a new role within our HR Team, where you will actively contribute to the implementation of HR processes, handle administrative tasks, collaborate closely with employees and managers in our London branch, and demonstrate proactivity by introducing innovative ideas.
Role and responsibilities: Playing a key role in onboarding and offboarding of team members Daily communication with our UK office and ensure complete support in all matters Processing new hires, leaves, employee status changes, and other employee events in our intern systems Agenda of PLS, BOZP/PO, insurance Communication with domestic external suppliers in the areas of BOZP/PO, insurance companies, statistical and public administration offices Communicate with foreign embassies on immigration matters for internally supported employees Administration and maintenance of employee files, updates the information about employees Monthly employee's status report, preparation of documents per the other group reports Providing support to our employees (inform about the benefits, salary, vacation, insurance´s certificates) Qualification criteria: Master degree in Human Resources or in Economics or equivalent education 3+ years experience in human resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative and relationship management skills To be fully fluent in English is a must.
