You will join the Group Center of excellence (CoE) Talent Management, focusing on talent management projects. This role involves analyzing and implementing HR initiatives that support the organization's talent management strategy. We offer work and responsibility for your projects from Day 1.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure all necessary information, documentation & tasks are completed for project implementation.Independently collating and analyzing data using preset tools, methods, and formats.Coordinating & collaborating with corporate & regional HR teams to ensure a smooth implementation of Talent Management processes.Accountable for specific assignments, such as designing, programming, documenting, analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, etc., to facilitate, support, and improve development and processes.Resolve queries from internal customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.Develop own capabilities by participating in informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, and industry best practices through ongoing education, and reading specialist media.ProfileEducation:A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is typically required.
