What we're seeking: HRIS Analyst is an entry-level, full-time position within the Frontier Payroll Department. Our HRIS Analyst consults with HRIS Senior Analysts, Senior Payroll Managers, and other departments to determine Human Resource Information Systems needs. They can find themselves analyzing new hires' metrics and resolving application issues. Documenting processes, identifying Human Resource concerns, and compiling data analysis reports are also common responsibilities. We seek proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven individuals to maintain employee and company records through data entry and vigorous audits and reconciliations. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.
What we need in you: In this Human Resources role, you will need a collaborative mindset to be able to work with others and communicate effectively.
What you'll do: Data entry of all new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations into the HR/Payroll system Perform application upgrades and technical support, as well as provide cross-training to other HRIS Analysts Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required Assist Frontier employees with questions pertaining to W4s, address changes, and help direct them to additional solutions to their HR questions Manage day-to-day operations within agreed service levels What we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. Salary Range: $68,000 to $87,000 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year Day one medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plan 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation Same-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave and up to $10k in adoption program assistance What background you should have: Bachelor's Degree or proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train teammates Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in handling susceptible data Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
