Hs Manager

We are looking for a HS Manager for our HQs. The person will be involved in the following activities: Leading the HS function in Italian plants;Ensuring site compliance with health and safety laws;Ensuring the completion of the reports required by law and their analysis; Supporting management in the dissemination of laws and corporate regulations and culture on health and safety;Assessing the risks in the workplace for the different tasks and propose the most appropriate protective equipment;Identifying and suggest solutions to improve safety systems and accident prevention in order to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents;Planning and support the organization of training activities for legal and business correspondence related to Health and Safety;Informing/training employees on the risks present in the plants;Maintaining relations with external bodies responsible for monitoring site activity in the field of health and safety at work;Implementation of standards and SW programs such as ergonomics, SW management systems; Supporting audit activities (Law, Corporate, Insurance). REQUIREMENTS:People management experience;Knowledge of international laws and standards on Health and Safety;Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken;Excellent communication and relationship skills;Ability to plan and identify solutions;A concrete approach to convey the culture of safety;Leadership skills and passion for health and safety.
