HSE Manager is the figure responsible for managing and monitoring processes and activities relating to the protection of workers' health and safety in compliance with laws and regulations concerning the environment.ResponsabilitiesImplementing and monitoring the correct application in the company of the legal regulations concerning health and safety at work and environmental protection;carrying out risk analyses and proposing improvement actions with the aim of eliminating or minimising identified risks;spreading and promote correct behaviour, in compliance with the regulations in force, through communication, information and training actions;draw up and update the documentation required to satisfy safety and environmental obligations;maintaining relations with the competent authorities.ActivitiesDrafting, updating and improving documentation and procedures and instructions concerning health and safety at work and environmental protection;verification and continuous monitoring of the compliance with the instructions, provided to employees and company managers, on the prevention and protection of workers' health and safety, as well as environmental protection, with a view to continuous improvement;management of accident or near-injury cases: in-depth analysis of cases, carrying out investigations and identifying actions and improvement measures;planning, carrying out and reporting to the Management of internal audits on equipment and machinery in order to monitor and guarantee both safety conditions and respect for the environment;management of meetings, communications, exchange of documentation with the relevant entities.knowledge of the English language at a professional level (B2 or higher).Note: in relation to the above, it is important to underline that in every job description the information provided is necessarily concise, focused on the main objectives set by the position; in the normal course of work, it is necessary to provide for integration with tasks, activities and responsibilities that have logical relevance and correlation with the description and information expressed.Must haveDegree in technical subjects, with a specialisation in the management of health and safety in companies and environmental protection;at least 3 years' experience in the role sought, within small- to medium-sized manufacturing companies;strong motivation and interest in managing and improving Health and Safety in the company and environmental protection;strong results orientation, organisational ability, problem solving skills;ability to relate constructively with colleagues, consultants and co-workers;knowledge of the English language at a professional level (B2 or higher).#J-18808-Ljbffr
