Responsibilities
• Coordinate the dissemination of HSE requirements and support the organization in defining and implementing necessary procedures and actions.• Prevent non-compliant behaviors from contractors and analyze causes for effective corrective and preventive actions.• Collaborate with CSE and assistant CSE during site audits.• Focus on environmental performance, reducing emissions, and responsible use of natural resources.• Ensure proper waste disposal, especially for hazardous materials.• Develop collaborative relationships internally and externally for managing environmental, health, and safety issues.• Conduct HSE audits, site inspections, and safety walk and tool box talks.• Record non-conformities, prepare action plans, and monitor closure activities.• Verify compliance with HSE project requirements for site activities.• Monitor and supervise environmental aspects of construction sites in accordance with project and legal requirements.
Requirements
• Diploma in Surveying or Engineering or related fields.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role.• RSPP certification.• Preferred but not mandatory: environmental qualifications.• Preferred but not mandatory: 120-hour course certificate for Safety Coordinator CSP/CSE.• Experience: between 24 months and 5 years.
